At Bonica Jewels, we are committed to delivering premium quality jewellery and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The return request is raised within the eligible return window.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, and certificates (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products showing signs of wear or alteration


3. Refund Process

  1. Customer must email infobonica@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include order number, product details, and clear images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  4. After inspection and approval, refund will be processed.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Bonica Jewels.

  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated time:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider.
