At Bonica Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery delivered to you reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during transit

The wrong product has been delivered

The item has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for return:

The product must be unused and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, invoice, and certificates (if any) must be included

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or made-to-order jewellery

Engraved or personalized items

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Size issues (subject to product eligibility)

Manufacturing defects

Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the new product selected is of:

Higher value → customer must pay the price difference

Lower value → the balance will be refunded or issued as store credit (as applicable)
4. Return & Exchange Process

Attach clear images or videos (mandatory in case of damage or defect).

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

After receiving and inspecting the item, refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, Bonica Jewels will bear the shipping cost.

In other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
If the product does not meet return conditions, Bonica Jewels reserves the right to reject the return request.
